WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO FOR YOU?

Today’s message comes to us at a time when we want God to do something for us. Just hold that thought for a moment as we work our way through the lesson this morning several of the disciples asked Jesus could they sit on His right hand or his left hand and Jesus quickly said to them what you all are asking of me I can’t give to you because it will be given to My Father to give to me because you all are not ready to drink of the cup that I will drink from or be baptized with the baptism that I’am baptized with. When the other ten disciples heard these words from James and John, they became mad because they asked for something they were not ready for. WHAT DO YOU WANT GOD TO DO FOR YOU TODAY? Whatever it is be sure that you are ready to receive what God has for you. Think for just a moment there are many things that God wants to do for us and for us to

receive it all we must do is ask Him for it and so shall it be done. In the scriptures this morning in that same chapter of Mark the tenth chapter was a blind man turn in your Bible to the 46th verse through the 51st verse. 49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” So they called the blind man and said to him, “Have courage! Get up; He’s calling for you.” 50 He threw off his coat, jumped up, and came to Jesus. 51 Then Jesus answered him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” “Rabbani,” the blind man told Him, “I want to see!” Many of us are lacking spiritual sight because of spiritual blindness. Just as the blind man asked Jesus for his natural sight to see, we can ask for God restore our spiritual sight to see in the spiritual realm which is a message for another time. In conclusion, “What do you want Me to do for you?”
